WHAT WE DO
DESI Consulting offers a range of services in monitoring and evaluation, research and analysis, and program design in the areas of health, education, and family violence. We are specialists in working in culturally appropriate ways with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse communities. We co-design programs, undertake research and analysis to create an evidence-base and context, and develop realistic monitoring and evaluation frameworks to capture and demonstrate positive change. Consultation and adaptability are at the core of our service.
HOW WE WORK
Our team works in a range of ways. We can provide consultation and guidance to help you get started, work with you on specific aspects of your program, and/or undertake independent pieces of work, such as evaluations. Our consultants can work independently off-site, or with your team at your workplace. We are experienced at flexible work practices and can provide short term, targeted assistance, as well as contribute to longer term projects. Collaboration and respect underpin our client approach.
